This morning LG Officially unveiled their brand new flagship device for 2015, the LG G4, at a live event in New York showing off the phone’s elegant and ergonomic design and new features. The LG G4 comes equipped with a 5.5-inch Quad HD Quantum IPS display which promises to give off a 25% brighter visual experience and 20% better color range. It features a 16 MP camera on the back with laser auto-focus and an f1.8 aperture for better low light images, 32GB of internal storage and 3GB of RAM. It’s powered by a 3,000mAh high-capacity removable battery, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and an Adreno 418 GPU.
The device will end up shipping with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with LG’s UX4.0 layered on top, which brings in new features to enhance the user experience like Gallery Timeline, the new memories feature, as well as a more Nexus-like experience with a focus on Google apps and services. Check out some of the hands on images of the device from the event below.
